  9. REMARKS:  LUPC is the compiled version of the original program to manipluate
  10.           LBR type library files. It works interactively from a menu that
  11.           displays the available options. It provides most of the same
  12.           functions as LU but may work better on some older library files
  13.           that were built under the older format.
